Following the departure of two female physicians we have two patient panels currently available. Although some patients express a preference for a female provider, we aim to be responsive to these preferences, while maintaining an inclusive recruitment approach; and welcome applicants from all physicians who can support these patients.

Compensation & Lifestyle
- Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model
- Competitive split with cap
- Estimated annual earnings when panel payment included: ~$500,000
- This is a practice designed for long-term success, not short-term incentives.
- 6 weeks vacation
- No ER, hospital, or long-term care obligations
Flexible Start Options
- Start as early as immediately
- Option for locum-to-permanent transition
- Grads can start in July, Ideal timing for June 2026 graduates
